"The metal pallet box with steel plate is one type of pallet for loose products, half finished products, or tailing, which has certain irregular shape, because four sides of wire mesh panel will keep products in metal pallet box. The steel plate can hold any products with any shape.
The metal pallet box with steel plate has two integrated side frame posts with wire mesh, and two side frames connected by hinges which makes them can be folded. The stacking feet is "L" shape steel, the two integrated side frames are connected with "L" shape stacking feet by long bolts. The integrated side frames can rotate around long bolts to be folded on base plate. There are stack bowl under "L" shape stacking feet. If the metal pallet box with steel plate will be placed on beams of pallet racks, we will add bracers between stack bowls.
The size of metal pallet box with steel plate can be customized. But the height must be less than length, or it can't be folded. To load two rows in containers, we suggest the width of metal pallet box with steel plate to be less than 1150mm.
The load capacity also can be customized as from 500kg to 2000kg. Our engineer will choose appropriate material to meet the load capacity requirements. "
