"Round pallet feet are for round post stack racks. It is welded under post feet of base. It can be placed on ground or on posts of another round post stack rack.
Round pallet feet is the most import part of round post stack rack. When forklift operator lift base of round post stack rack and wants to place it on four posts of stack racks under, the round pallet feet will be the targets for posts to point. And when the stacking is finished, round pallet feet make sure that the posts under them will not go off from them because the round pallet feet cover the top of posts.
The size of round pallet feet we usually use is diameter 160mm, height 50mm. The thickness is chosen according to the load capacity. The heavier the load is, the higher they will be stacked up, the thicker the round pallet feet will be. 160mm for diameter is good for forklift operator to aim.
The round pallet feet is made from high strength steel. Firstly cutting machine cut round plate from steel roll. And then it will be formed by punch machine.
Some clients require round pallet feet only, they plan to make round post stack racks on their own site. We can also sell them directly to you."
