The post pallets which use angle steel as posts to stack another post pallets are very popular in the Middle East.
It's structure is easy, pallet base, posts and top frame. The pallet base are like normal pallets. It can be four-way entry or two-way entry, tube top or panel top, fully covered or with gaps, flat top or curved. The posts are made of angle steel with holes at both end to connect pallet base and top frame by bolts and nuts. The top frame is also made of angle steel. It can support pallet base and in the meanwhile pull the posts together to make the whole structure stronger. On top it has a position limit to prevent upper pallets base from sliding when they are stacked on each other.
The surface treatment of this type is pre-galvanizing and painting on weld. This is suitable for dry environment like in the Middle East. If your warehouse is in moist environment or in cold temperature, we suggest to use hot-dipped galvanizing as its surface treatment, which we can also do for you.
The angle steel post will be more space-saving than round tube post or square tube post, that's why it is becoming more popular than other types.

Just to put pallet base on the top frame inside the position limits in four corners. The process of stacking needs forklift operator to be careful and patient.
