The square tube hot-dip galvanized stacking rack has a simple structure and consists of four posts, base, stacking foot, and stacking bowl. This is the most conventional stacking rack. The difference from common stacking racks lies in the surface treatment. The overall structure is detachable for easy transportation.

Surface Treatment Process

After the rack production is completed, it is first put into the pickling pool to remove the rust on the surface, then the base and posts are put into the galvanizing pool for hot-dip galvanizing treatment. Sometimes there is zinc hanging on the surface of the galvanized rack, so we take one more step than other manufacturers to polish and smooth the surface. And we will use matching posts to try inserting into the base post holder to see if it is easy to insert. If it is not easy to insert, we will polish the base post holder to ensure that each post can be inserted in.

Package

After stacking the galvanized racks, we will wrap them with stretch film to prevent dust and tighten them with packing tape to prevent them from loosening.Our company has many years of experience in packaging and container loading. We will design different packaging methods according to the size and quantity of the galvanized stack rack. Try to load as many as possible, which can reduce the customer's transportation costs to a certain extent.
