"Our standard steel pallets have several types of structure: Double faces and single face, two way entry and four way entry. Two way entry steel pallet is one of main products. Its structure includes pallet legs, top panels, side cover, and sometimes front tube. The width and depth of two way entry steel pallet can be customized, no matter it is the USA standard (1000*1200mm for warehouse and 1143*1372mm for the railway), the European standard (800*1200mm), the UK standard (1000*1500mm), the South Africa standard (1150*1600mm), the Brazil standard (1300*1300mm), or the Australia standard (1150*1150mm). Other size to fit your product can also be done.
The load capacity is also customized from 200-2500kg. Our engineer will choose fit material according to your requirements on statistic load capacity and dynamic load capacity.
The materials of two way entry steel pallet are usually as: 100*50 steel tube as pallet legs, 100*25 "C" shape steel as top panel. 1.2mm-thick "L" shape steel as side covers, and 50*25 tubes as front tubes to prevent "C" shape steel top panel from being damaged by fork.
Some client will require the top of two way entry steel pallet as one flat panel with no gap. We will weld rectangular steel tubes on pallet legs and under steel plate. The plate also can be pressed on pattern to be anti-skid."
