"Single faced steel pallet is one type of steel pallets we produce often. There is only one top face for single faced steel pallet. Double faced steel pallet has both top and bottom faces.
The structure of single faced steel pallet is very easy: pallet legs, top panels, side covers, and sometimes front tubes. The pallet legs are usually made of 50*25 steel tube, top panels are "C" shape steel, side covers are "L" shape steel, front tubes are also 50*25 steel tubes. Some single faced steel pallet is just made of steel tubes. The front tubes are aimed to protect "C" shape steel from being damaged by fork.
The sizes of pallet can be standard and customized. Every country has its own standard size for pallet: 1000*1200mm for the USA warehouse, 1143*1372mm for the USA railway, 800*1200mm for the European countries except the UK size 1000*1500mm, 1150*1600mm for the South Africa, 1300*1300mm for Brazil, 1150*1150mm for Australia. The height of pallets we produce is usually 150mm, 25mm for top panels, and 125mm for fork.
The load capacity of pallets can be range from 500kg to 2000kg. Our engineer will choose material according to client's requirements.
The surface treatments for steel pallets are powder coating and galvanizing. For normal indoor environment, powder-coating and electric galvanizing are sufficient for usage. But for cold storage and wet environment, we recommend hot dipped galvanizing."
