This is a stacking rack with a special structure that can be both stored and transported.It is specially designed to store car battery packs. The overall structure is welded. Unlike other tall stacking racks, the height of the posts is not high, because the height of the batteries is not high either. One battery pack is usually placed on one rack instead of stacking several battery packs together. In order to prevent the steel material from causing friction on the battery pack, we also added a rubber block to the base of the stacking rack. The battery pack will act as a buffer when placed on the rubber block. Forklift slots are added on all four sides, so operators can pick up and store them from all sides.

How to stack
Stacking is still mainly composed of a stacking head and a stacking bowl, but both the bowl and the head are specially designed. The bowl is not a solid bowl. A hole is punched in the center of the bottom. The stacking head is designed to be pointed and round. When stacking, just align the pointed round head with the hole in the center of the bowl. The structure itself is welded, and the bowl and head are just stuck, so the overall structure is very stable.
Installation Testing
For this special stacking rack, after design, we produced two samples and conducted experiments on it. The battery pack can be fixed on it very well, and the stacking effect is also very good, which is very easy to use.
