Big Size Heavy Duty Stack Rack

"Big size heavy duty stack rack is one of our main products.
The common sizes of stack racks are L1200mm*W1200mm*H1200mm or L1500*W1500*H1500mm (the most popular size) for square tube post stack racks, L1300*D1000*H1800mm (the most popular size) for round tube post stack racks. The load capacities we usually do includes 1000kg and 1500kg.
When the length comes to more than 1800mm, we call it big size stack rack; When the load capacity goes up to 2500kg for each set, we call it heavy duty stack rack. When one type of stack rack has the two features in the same time, we call it big size heavy stack rack.
Big size heavy duty stack rack has more, bigger and thicker material than normal standard types. For square tube post stack racks, we will choose 80*40 or 100*50 rectangular tubes as base frames, the thickness will be 2.0mm or more. For round tube post stack racks, we will use 3.0mm thick material, and more "C" shape steel for base frames.
If the height is more than 1800mm for big size heavy duty stack rack with square tube posts, we suggest to add bracers to posts to make the whole structure more stable.
Also for the stack bowls and stack heads for stacking posts, we will use bigger ones to reduce the operation difficulty."
