"Stack rack with steel plate is stack racks with steel plate welded on base. It is mainly aimed to take small boxes, cartons or other small items which have flat bottoms. It is applied in a lot of industries, for example, tire industry.
Stack rack with steel plate have posts, feet, base frames, base ribs, stack bowls, stack heads etc, like other stack racks. Some one have wire mesh or bracers in sides to prevent goods from sliding and falling down from stack racks. Some foldable type has foldable feet or "L" shape connection.
The size (length*width*height) of stack rack with steel plate can be customized, length from 1200-2200mmm, width from 800-1500mm, and height from 1200-2000mm. For foldable stack rack with steel plate, the length should be more than height, or the side posts can not be folded.
The load capacity of stack rack with steel plate also can be customized, the range is from 500-2000kg. We will choose steel plates with different thickness according to the load capacity. Usually 1.0mm thickness for 800kg or less, 1.2mm thickness for 1000kg, 1.5mm thickness for 1500kg, 2.0mm thickness for 2000kg.
Usually we will use one-piece plate on base frame in the condition that one of length and width is less than 1500mm. But for some size, both of length and width are more than 1500mm, for example 1800*1800mm, we will use two piece of steel plates on base frame."
