Right Coner Steel Pallet

"The right corner steel pallet we talk about is especially for grain storage. It is popular in south-east Asia. The right corner steel pallet has bigger size than normal pallet and heavier load capacity including static load capacity and dynamic load capacity.
The size of right corner steel pallet we did is L1800*W1500*H80mm, load capacity is 3000kg. The structure is very easy, several tubes with different sizes. The side frames are made of 80*40 steel tubes with thickness of 2.0mm. The fork entry is 180*80 steel tube with thickness of 2.5mm. The reinforcement ribs between side frames and fork entry tubes are 60*40 steel tubes with thickness of 1.5mm. One 40'HQ container can take around 224 pieces of this type of right corner steel pallets for shipment.
The right corner steel pallet will be used like the galvanized pallet in the below picture. The sacks of grain are placed on steel pallet, then another pallet with sacks of grain will be placed directly on the stacks, then the other pallet goes on, without racks. Because sacks of grains themselves have good load ability. Since the right corner steel pallets are made of steel tubes with no space in height, they have better load capacity then the ones in the below picture. For right corner steel pallets, the sacks can be stacked higher."
