The big and long stack rack make the other stack racks besides look so small. This stack rack is customized as long as 6 meters. It is aimed to put a car on. The width is 2 meters and the height is 2.05 meters. It is like the frame of a 20'GP sea container without curved panel. The longest stack racks we did before this type was 3.4 meters, which I thought should be the length limit.
This type of stack rack is foldable type. The posts can be folded when the stack racks are in transition or not being used. Between the two close posts, there are two horizontal bracers to pull posts up. The five square tubes on base are designed to make room under cars for forklift to lift cars up. The surface of this type of stack racks is electrostatic powder coating to be anti-rust in normal environment. If the environment is wet and moist, we suggest hot-dipped galvanizing as surface treatment.
Because of the big size. Every part of this type will be bigger than parts of normal stack racks like 1500*1500*1500mm. Base frames, posts, folding feet and stack bowls are all twice or triple bigger than normal stack racks.
One 13-meter long truck can only take 8 sets of this type. So it is only suitable for customers not far away from our factory. It is clear that it not good for exporting, because it will waste a lot of room in container.
