This type of post pallet has angle steel as its post. So it can be stacked up in height without being placed on pallet racks. This type can be stacked up to 5 levels and you can place them against each other to maximize the room usage of your warehouse. And you can place them wherever you want, because this type does not need anchors to fix themself on ground.
The structure of this angle steel post pallet includes base pallet, angle steel posts and top frame. The base pallet is just like normal pallet, four-way entry, with tubes on top, if you want, the top can be also fully covered with curved panels. In the four corners of base pallet, there are two holes to fix post by bolts and nuts.
Posts are only made of angel steel drilled 4 holes at both ends. The top frames are a rectangular frame made of also angel steel, but with a position limit on four corners, to prevent the upper pallets from sliding. The top frame makes the whole structure steadier to by pulling four posts together and support the upper base pallet meanwhile.
The surface treatment of this type is galvanizing and painting. According to client's requirements, we weld pre-galvanized materials (angle steel, tubes and so on), and paint on welded points to make them look good and have a little resistance to rust. It will work perfect in the dry environment like the UAE. But if you want to use them in cold storage warehouse or moist outdoor environment, we recommend hot-dipped galvanized surface treatment to you, which is more expensive.
