Product in the picture above is produced according to client's requirements, to store hoses like in the pictures below.
The structure of this type of hoses storage metal cart is very easy, including base with steel panel, vertical frame, top for hanging hoses and four wheels (two swivel wheels with total brake and two non-swivel wheels). Most parts are made of steel tubes, except the hose hanger. The hose hanger is made of "C" shape steel, and welded under top frame tubes, the hoses can go through hose hanger, but the top of hose is a bigger metal part which can be stopped from falling down by "C" shape steel hanger. In this way, the hoses can be stored in order.

Type A
Type A metal cart has handle and side stopper, which can be called handcart. Man can push and pull it by hand. The side stoppers can prevent goods from sliding and falling.
Type B
Type B metal cart can be stacked up. It also have fork entries to keep steady when forklift are carrying it.
Type C
Type C metal cart is customized to store tires with various dimensions. As you can see from the picture, the distance between two close dividers are able to be adjusted. And the surface treatment of this type of metal cart is galvanizing.
The diameter of wheel usually is from 100mm to 200mm. Normally the wheels are suitable inside warehouse and on smooth ground.
The materials of wheels are usually nylon plastic and rubber, both can take load capacity from 500kg to 3000kg for 4 wheels. We will choose fit wheels according to your requirements.
