The products in the pictures above are Anti-Static Copper Sheet Reel Storage Racks. These racks are ordered by BYD (one of the most famous company producing electric vehicles). Batteries are the most important parts for electric vehicles, and extremely thin copper sheet is one of the material of batteries.
Our racks play a very important role in store copper sheet reel. Firstly, the copper sheet reel has to be stored very horizontally. This needs us to weld every part of racks very professionally, and after installation we have to adjust levels of each set of rack. Secondly, the racks need to be anti-static. Though there is a powder coat covering steel racks, it can't be one hundred percent anti-static. So we use plastic reel support as the picture below (the white one):
The structure of this anti-static copper reel storage racks includes two frames, metal brackets, plastic reel supports, horizontal bracers and X bracers. This structure is steadier than cantilever racks type and A shape frame type, because the force points are in the middle of racks. The copper sheet weighs 1500kg per reel, that's why we choose this type.
The products are not the thing I want to say. The whole services we can provide are advantages for us. We can go from producing to installation.
At the very beginning, we welded this rack as one piece, but one truck can only deliver around 10 sets one time. So we decided to break it down and install them on site, which also applies to overseas sites. Our installation team has ever gone to Thailand, the USA and so on. They have very rich experience in install various types of racks.
