Last year we introduced electro-galvanized cage pallet as the picture below shows. Today we will show you hot dipped galvanized cage pallet. From their appearances, we can find the one difference: HDG cage pallets looks not that shining as electro-galvanized cage pallet dose. Because the electro-galvanized zinc coat are formed by chemical displacement reaction, that's why the surface is smooth and shining. While HDG zinc coat is put on by dipping in hot liquid zinc pool and taking out to cool down. Though the skin of HDG cage pallet is not as beautiful as electro-galvanized cage pallet, but it has thicker zinc coat to prevent rust.
This type of Hot dipped galvanized cage pallet is customized according to clients' requirements. It is Foldable, stackable (5 levels, it means 4 cage pallets can be stacked on the one on ground). And it has divider in the middle and name plate on one side. It also has mark to show the serial number and load capacity (1000kg) as below:
On two opposite sides, it has reinforcement bars between stacking bowls to allow it to be put on pallet racks.
The dimensions of this type are Internal Length 1097mm, Internal Width 1097mm, Internal Height 550mm, as per client's requirements. To make it to bear load capacity of 1000kg, the base are made of 40*40*2.0mm tubes and 40*40*3.0 angle steel. The posts are 40*40*2.5mm steel tube to allow it to be stacked 5 levels. The wire mesh is 50*50*φ4.0, it means the hole size is 50*50, and the diameter of the wire is 4.0mm, which is strong enough to hold any object.
