Fabric roll stack cage pallet is one type of stack cage pallet especially for fabric rolls. The fabric rolls usually have below dimensions: length around 1500mm, diameter around 300mm, weight around 25-35kg. According to the dimensions above, the external width should be around 1500mm, the load capacity can be range from 500-1000kg per set.
Fabric roll stack cage pallet can be folded type or detached type. Folded type is more popular.
The folded fabric roll stack cage pallet is usually 1200mm wide, 1500mm deep, and 1200mm high, load capacity around 500kg, stack 4 levels up. Of course if more fabric rolls are required to placed on stack cage pallets, they can be make wider as 1800mm or higher as 2000mm. For folded fabric roll stack cage pallet, it has bracers welded between posts on 1500mm sides, the connected posts can prevent fabric rolls from falling down even when the length of fabric roll is less than 1500mm.
The folded fabric roll stack cage pallet has two post frames which can be folded when not used. If you want to use it, just open the post frames by rotate it around the bolts connected with stack feet. When the post frames are right vertical to the base, you can place your products in stack cage pallet. After you fulfill one fabric roll stack cage pallet, you can stack it on another one by forklift. Just aim the stack bowl to the top of posts to stack.
The detached type of fabric roll stack cage pallet has four separate posts or two connected frame posts which can be plug in or off from feet on base. It is less convenient than folded type, but it can be loaded into container more than folded type. The detached type of fabric roll stack cage pallet has no limit on dimensions and load capacity.
