This type of long stack rack is aimed to stack long items, such as steel pipes, plastic pipes, lumber and so on.
The structure is as the picture below shows:
No.1 Item is main beam, it is a 3800mm long rectangular steel tube (100*50);
No.2 Item is post, it is 1090mm high, made of 50*50*2.0mm square tube, to stack another rack;
No.3 Item is sub beam, it is 945mm wide, made of 100*50*2.0mm rectangular tube, it is 60mm upper main beam instead of level with main beam to make room for fork;
No.4 Item is vertical bracer, made of 50*50*2.0mm square tube;
No.5 Item is diagonal bracer, made of 50*50*2.0mm square tube;
No.6 Item is reinforcement tube, made of 50*50*2.0mm square tube, to reinforce the post by increasing horizontal force;
No.7 Item is stack bowl, 140*140mm, thickness is 6.0mm;
No.8 Item is end cover of all tubes, thickness is 8.0mm.
The whole heavy duty long stack rack is like a bridge, especially the vertical bracers and diagonal bracers are like the bracers of long bridge. And it is one-piece welded, which means it not good for transportation. For now, the transportation charge takes a high percentage in costs.
To solve this problem, we offer two methods. The first method is make some joints from by welding to by bolts assembly, for this type, we only need to the joints between posts and main beams. It will reduce the total volume of each set a lot. The second method is half-finish some parts and finish all on site or near site. This way even applies overseas.
