These mobile stack racks in the above picture are used to store grain packed by sacks. The racks are mobile because they do not need bolts, nuts or anchors to fix them on ground or wall to keep steady. The weight of grain helps racks stay on ground closely. With this type, you can store grain everywhere in your warehouse just for your convenience. And they can be stacked up on each other by 3-4 levels to optimize the warehouse space.
The structure of this type includes only posts and base as below pictures:
The first one is base. It has four foot tubes, two long side frame tubes, two short side frame tubes, strengthening ribs, and wire mesh. Since the grain sacks are kind of soft, it needs wire mesh bottom to assist to support grain sacks, or the grain sacks will leak fall from the holes of strengthening ribs. The second one is post, the top is stacking bowl which prevent the upper base from sliding easily.
For grain storage, we also recommend this flat steel pallets as below picture, which has high load capacity as 3000kg. It has no posts, but the flat and strong structure can make the grain sacks piled up to save space of warehouse, in the case that you need to make every layer of grain sacks even.

The advantage of this type are (1) cheap, easy structure brings low cost; (2) no installation charge. If you buy standard frame pallet racks, you need to drill holes in ground and hire men to install them, this type will save money and time on this aspect; (3) Saving sea freight. Compared to other type of mobile racks like fixed types, foldable types, the simple structure can be loaded into sea container by bigger quantity.
